Fire Pump
Mag-Tech will do a thorough job every time. A Fire Pump rebuild begins with a troubleshooting and internal inspection to determine what repairs should be made. We will replace bearings, swing bolts, packing, packing glands, sleeves, shafts, couplings, impellers or complete rotating assemblies if necessary. With the Fire Pump Rebuild, the drain bowls and pump casing are cleared of all debris and buildup and the fire pump is red to look fresh for another 10 years. Your Fire Pump will be as good as new and back in normal operation in a typical day's work.
Fire Pump Controler
Mag-Tech is very experienced in Fire Pump Controller Troubleshooting. Equipped with technical know-how and factory training, we will get to the source of the problem. As factory-authorized repairmen we will order parts from the factory to complete repairs. Too often, repairs are made by unauthorized technicians with non-listed parts, thus voiding the necessary UL & FM listings of all components of Fire Pump Controllers. All repairs will be tested for function and your Controller will be returned to normal operation.
Diesel Engines
Diesel Engines require yearly maintenance to continue to perform as intended. Mag-Tech is trained in engine maintenance procedures. Our yearly maintenance package includes; replacing oil, oil filters, engine coolant, fuel/water separators, verifying belt performance, verifying battery fluid levels are good, verifying battery cold cranking amps are good, cleaning battery terminal connections, conducting 30-minute test run cycle and completing engine repairs as necessary.
